NO KINGS - OCT 17, 2026 - Poultry Park Noon to 2 PM
Mark your calendar for the next national NO KINGS EVENT – October 17, 2026, Noon to 2 PM in Poultry Park. Nationally, past NO KINGS events have been the largest single-day protests in our country’s history. These peaceful gatherings give ordinary citizens the chance to stand together in a visible protest in defense of civil rights and liberty.
Our focus for this event will be early voting and the power of the people as given to us by our Constitution.
Bring your signs to encourage early voting! And wear a costume of the Statue of Liberty, the Suffragettes, or wear red, white and blue!

How safe are our elections?
What protections are in place for the chain of custody if or when ballots are seized?
What safety and security mechanisms ensure our votes count?
Where are the weak spots in our election protections?
What role do we all play in helping ensure trust in the process that gives each of us a vote?
As attempts are made to make us distrust the voting process, including a recent attempt by the federal government to use the US Postal Service to screen ballots, it’s important that we be informed to answer questions of our friends and neighbors.

Friday sign wavings at Poultry Park
Join us Fridays at 5 at Poultry Park for sign-waving! Thousands can learn about the work of the local resistance through these fun, important gatherings each week. Join us if you can.
• Stay safely on the sidewalk.
• Keep the sidewalk open for passersby.
• Do not engage with anger.
• If there is an accident or incident, we stop all sign waving and administer aid if needed.
• Look out for each other.

Indivisible Hall is not a political party. It is a nonpartisan community of Northeast Georgians dedicated to protecting democracy and standing up for moral, Constitutional, and human rights.
Our goals are to:

Through education, activism, and community-building, we work to demand a government that ensures our different opinions are resolved through persuasion, not coercion. Our priorities in order: democracy, healthcare, climate, immigration.
Our members include progressives, moderates, and conservatives who share a common belief: that our democratic institutions are under attack and must be defended. We believe that We the People have the power to nonviolently “secure the blessing of liberties for ourselves and our posterity.”
Volunteer with Sunshine Seniors - Food Pantry
Tuesdays
Sunshine Seniors operate a weekly food pantry serving all who need food assistance every Tuesday 2 -3:30pm.
Volunteers are needed from 1 PM to 4:00-ish to help with setup and cleanup. You’ll pack food, load into cars and then help get the church parking lot back to normal. Located St John Baptist Church 757 E E Butler Pkwy Gainesville Ga. Work for an hour, two hours or the entire time. Any help is welcome. You can sign up below, but don’t have to sign up to show up!
